Entrusted to transform a very industrial space (a brick former bank ) into one that would feel like a home away from home for Jason Oppenheim and his associates (The Oppenheim Group), our team wasted no time in implementing the planning and design. We achieved this by adding modern and refined elements, as well as marble details and brought in plenty of custom-made furniture.
This includes a kitchen, a pool table, a gym with a steam shower, a bar, a large TV to watch Monday night football, and even a motorcycle. To add color some color, we called upon the artists James Goldcrown and Mr. Brainwash.
Goldcrown even painted a large mural on the outside of the building (see below)
The bar was entirely custom made.
Jason Oppenheim wanted to bring key elements of the Los Angeles office to the new outpost, such as the infamous bell that the realtors ring when they complete a big sale.
The kitchen was also custom made in Europe, and brought in by plane.
